A university college officially affiliated with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, licensed by the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education. It is the only one in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1967 that offers a bachelor's degree in special education and rehabilitation of people with special needs, in addition to a diploma for ambulance and emergency technicians. In 2015, a new building was built for the college, implemented by the Qatar Red Crescent, with funding from the Qatari Al Fakhoora Campaign and the Gaza Reconstruction Program of the GCC countries under the Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
