تفاصيل التأسيس والتمويل
The Palestine College of Nursing was established in Gaza City in 1976, under the name "Al-Hakimat School". The goal at the time was to prepare qualified legal nurses with a three-year diploma to cover the shortage of nurses in hospitals and health centers. With the arrival of the Palestinian Authority in 1994, it became the Palestine College of Nursing. In 1997, it evolved into a university college, offering a bachelor's degree, as it was recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. It was later recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. In 1999, the college's headquarters was moved from Gaza to Khan Younis. In 2001, in line with the policy of expanding programs, a branch of the college was opened in Gaza City.
